Buster is an enigmatic Human born Decepticon. While content to stay under his Brother, Hydra's, shadow he does hope to someday surpass him in power and will.
Being a Godmaster and Decepticon has given Buster an out to be as cruel and vicious as he is told he is now a being on the path of being a god.
Though not as vicious as his elder brother, Buster can be a rude menace. He will pick on older Decepticons, specially those who are not Godmasters (organic born).
